Product Specifier

Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Develop a strong database of Architect Consultant, Developer and Project Buyer in order to specify products.
• Responsible for developing marketing plans and promoting of company’s products and reputation in market
• To monitor and report market and competitor activities and outlook
• Response to customers enquiries and troubleshooting whenever required
• To discuss and take responsibility for specify clients, managing & delivering all aspects of their marketing requirements
• Required spec-in Greenseal waterproofing products and proposal based on customer specification and budget.
• Work closely with Marketing and Technical team as required by the management to entertain any feedback, complaints by the customer on company’s products
• Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time

Requirements:
• Preference at least 2-3 years of related experience in construction field
• Positive attitudes, highly motivated and aggressive person
• Willing to travel based in Klang Valley
• Strong technical competence knowledge.
• Good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills to all levels of the audience.
• Have existing network with Architect, Developer, Consultant add advantage
• Able to speak Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Able to start immediately / within short notice will be great advantage.
