Job Description
What you’ll be doing:
Assisting with the entire employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and offboarding
Make payroll, manage KWSP etc.
Administering and maintaining employee records, HR systems and processes
Providing HR advice and support to managers and employees on a range of HR-related matters
To develop and implement HR policies, programs and initiatives
What we’re looking for:
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
2-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation and HR information systems
Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and HR information systems
A proactive, organised and detail-oriented approach to work
