Assistant Project Manager
Job Description
Job Scope:
Coordinate daily site operations
Handle project on site (shopping mall / Office lot)
Study store / office detail drawings and work schedule
Handle vendors and sub-contractors
Set project goals and oversee projects to completion on schedule
Work with Principle to make sure that works is complete according to design
Requirements:
Minimum 3-4 years relevant experience in store fit-out or in commercial renovation industry
Good knowledge of product usage & details, eye for finishing and quality control
Work independent and have good site problem-solving skills
Night works required if project based at shopping mall
Able to manage whole renovation project is an added advantage
Able to start work immediately is an added advantage
Company will provide vehicle for site work
Salary negotiable based on experience, with allowance and commissions
