Job Description
What You Will Be Doing:
– Assist on monitoring the documents submitted to Operation to ensure it is action within the given timeline
– Assist on preparing leave calculation for resignees and follow-up with line managers on the last physical date
– Follow up on letters with HR and thereafter submit the letters to Head of HR, Head of SSC, Head of Department for signature via One Span
– Assist to monitor on the queries raised by employees on Compensation and Benefits
What you need is:
