Sales Executive
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development
– Identify potential customers and sales opportunities within the vape industry. – Actively seek out new business through cold calls, networking, and market research. – Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients. – Install relevant company Point of Sales material such as posters, calendars, A3sizemenucard and etc
2. Client Relationship Management
– Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
– Address client inquiries and provide product information, pricing, and support as needed.
– Respond to and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
– Maintain and improve our current relationship with all our existing dealers during normal visit or service visit.
3. Product Knowledge
– Provide training to our dealers / their staffs regarding product knowledge, product authentication, and warranty acceptance and claim procedures.
– Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in the vape industry.
– Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s vape product offerings and their features.
– Be prepared to answer questions and provide guidance on product selection.
4. Sales Targets
– Set and work towards sales targets and objectives established by the company.
– Monitor and report on sales performance, making necessary adjustments to achieve or exceed targets.
5. Market Research
– Stay informed about competitors and market conditions.
– Collect and analyze market data to identify opportunities and threats.
– Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams.
6. Sales Support
– Arrange and display company products in the Led Lightbox in accordance with company guidelines
– Collect and return warranty to the said dealers
– Using business tracker to submit weekly report to the company
– Attend weekly company meeting together with the team lead to raise issues and problems during service
– Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure orders are processed and delivered efficiently
Qualifications/Required Skills :
– A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred, but relevant sales experience can be equally valuable. – Proven sales experience, preferably in the E-cigarettes industry or a related field. – Strong understanding of vape products and accessories. – Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. – Ability to work independently and as part of a team. – Strong organizational and time management skills. – Willingness to travel to meet with clients as needed. – Proficiency in using sales management tools/report.
