Job Description
Requirements:
• Coordinate with customers on various matters such as quotations, artwork confirmation, delivery arrangement & etc.
• Work with interdepartmental such as production, warehouse, finance, on orders related matters.
• Assist in sample arrangement.
• Administrative support such as data management to ensure audit compliance.
• Prepare sales reports & sales analysis to sales team.
• Handle and attend to customer’s enquiries and complaints.
• Any other sales related administrative duties.
