Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
● Drive direct revenue for the company through consultative selling to consumers
(B2C).
● Prioritize customer-centricity by understanding customer needs and addressing
their pain points.
● Establish and maintain client relationships by offering support, information, and
guidance. Research and suggest new opportunities, as well as recommend
improvements in profitability and service.
● Engage in calls through phone, email, and in person, and ensure excellent
after-sales service and communication with customers.
Job Requirements:
● Candidates from any related field are considered. Possessing qualifications in
Engineering is a valuable addition.
● Proficiency in English communication, both spoken and written. Proficiency in
Chinese is a plus.
● Prior experience in the Sales field is a mandatory requirement.
● Comfortable with technical aspects and capable of quickly grasping product
knowledge.
● Embrace a customer-centric approach and excel as a team player.
