Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
1. Welcoming visitors/customers into the shop.
2. Assist & Lead customers to find desired items.
3. Promote new products and on-going retail campaign/activities to customers.
4. Provide customer consultancy in describing the product’s features and benefits to increase product sales.
5. Assist in customer payment process & service delivery.
6. In-store merchandises organizing and restocking to maintain attractive store image.
7. Inventory & prices auditing regularly. 8. Explore & follow-up on potential agents/dealers who interested to become reseller.
9. Addressing and resolving customers’ inquiries/complaints, such as returns and refunds, to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
10. Performing cleaning duties at the end of shifts.
11. Assisting store manager with any assigned duties.

Requirements: Qualifications: SPM or equivalent

Required Skills :
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
– Excellent customer service skills.
– Attention to detail and the ability to keep the store organized.
– Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and moving merchandise.
– Able to work on weekends/public
