Product Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities:
– Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with development teams, UX/UI designers, QA analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient product development process. Foster effective communication and collaboration to drive successful outcomes.
– Product Launch and Adoption: Coordinate and support product launches, including creating release plans.
– Product Documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining product documentation, including user manuals, release notes, and feature descriptions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
– User Experience (UX): Advocate for a user-centered design approach. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure the delivery of intuitive and delightful user experiences.
– Sensitive to competitors’ sales activities market trend and performance, for competitive analysis and decision making.

Requirements:
– Professional Certificate/Diploma or higher in Engineering-Electronics.
– Min 3-5 years direct sales experience in Coding and Marking
– Prefer to have Technical / Electronic Knowledge.
– Experience in B2B and B2C business model.
– Demonstrates skills in solution.
– Fluent in written and spoken English, Malay, and Mandarin will be advantage.
– Must have own transportation willing to travel.
