Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
– Organize and assist in event calendar sourcing & follow up
– Assist in producing quotation, delivery order and other necessary documents for customers
– Building good rapport and good customer service with customers
– Working as a team and follow through orders from quotation to completion of orders
Requirement:
– Must possess own transport
– Experience as a sales coordinator (relevant 1 year experience) or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
– Good computer skills (SQL, MS Office)
– Proficiency Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
– Malay & English language is a must in both speaking and writing
– Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– A team player with high level of dedication
