Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
1. Graphic Design:
o Create and design digital and print materials, including brochures, posters,
banners, social media content, and advertisements.
o Develop creative concepts for project branding and campaigns.
o Ensure all designs align with the company’s branding guidelines.

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a
related field.

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (experience in property
development projects is a plus).

• Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
o Familiarity with video editing tools and motion graphics is an advantage.
o Knowledge of design for both digital and print media.
