FINANCE & ACCOUNTS MANAGER
Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Able to handle full set of accounts.
• Responsible for the daily operational matters of the accounts department, timely and accurate accounting data entries into the company’s accounting software, including preparing the Company’s payment voucher and issuing cheques after receiving authorization from the Management.
• Lead and manage all finance & accounting activities within the group of companies
• Manage cashflow and treasury functions.
• Update and maintain Foreign Exchange Rate.
• Reconciling invoices and identifying discrepancies
• Responsible in managing, updating, improving and maintaining an accurate and effective filing system
• Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Handle petty cash and staff claim. Prepare petty cash listing, get verification and approval from superior on monthly basis.
• Check and prepare SST filing by monthly basis.
• Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and deadlines.
• Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits.
• Others matter arranged by Management
REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years experience in similar positions
• Familiar with SQL accounting software
• Able multi-task and work independently
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, conflict resolution
• Team management and professional development skills.
