Account cum Admin Assistant
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
– Data Entry and Documentation: Efficiently manage data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness. Handle printing and filing duties to maintain organized records of all relevant documents and correspondence.
– Team Support: Provide support to the team in various administrative and operational duties as required. Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the management team.
– Communication: Communicate closely with the Head of Department (HOD) and the Operations team to ensure alignment on tasks, priorities, and departmental objectives.
Requirement:
– Microsoft Excel, Accounting software SQL

– Strong time-management skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– High level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
