Postpaid Customer Care Consultant
Job Description
π Contract: 1-Year (Renewable)
π Location: The Pinnacle, Sunway
π Interview Mode: Walk-interview
π° Salary Package & Benefits:
π΅ Basic Salary: Up to RM3,400 (based on interview performance, previous salary & management decision)
π Shift Allowance: RM100 β RM500 (applicable if scheduled for shift work)
β³ Overtime (OT) Claims:
β RM15/hour (Off day/Normal day)
β RM20/hour (Rest day/Public holiday)
π₯ Medical & Insurance Coverage:
β Hospitalization & Surgery Coverage: RM30,000 per annum
β Group Term Life Insurance
β Medical Claim: RM50/month
π¨βπΌ Statutory Contributions: EPF & SOCSO
πΌ Job Responsibilities:
β
Handle incoming customer inquiries about postpaid plans, billing, data usage, account status, and contract renewals via phone, email, or chat.
β
Provide troubleshooting support for network issues, data plans, and payment-related concerns.
β
Assist customers with plan upgrades, contract renewals, and value-added services.
β
Process billing disputes, refunds, and adjustments while ensuring customer satisfaction.
β
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the system accordingly.
β
Meet KPIs for response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
β
Work closely with the technical and billing teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
π― Job Requirements:
β Minimum Diploma qualification in any field.
β At least 1 year of experience in a call centre, customer service, or telecom-related role.
β Strong communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are a plus).
β Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and provide effective solutions.
β Familiarity with telecom services, billing systems, and postpaid plans.
β Willing to work on shift rotation (if required).
β Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
